Our proposed house is located in a residential with communal pool and gardens. It was built in 2006. It is in very good condition and suitable for immediate residence. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large bright living room and separate kitchen. It is the perfect place for a year-round residence as well as holiday destination. The center of Alicante is about 10 minutes by car.
